ARDENCE

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 17, 2026

Ardence is a small, independent brand. We collect as little information as we can, we don't sell it, and this page explains exactly what happens to what we do collect.

Who we are

This site is operated by Ardence LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. You can reach us at info@myardence.com with any question about this policy or your data.

What we collect

If you join our waitlist, we collect:

We do not collect names, phone numbers, addresses, or payment information through this site. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Why we collect it

We send marketing email only to people who have confirmed their subscription through a double opt-in. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it, and that takes effect immediately.

Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers, each of which handles data on our behalf:

Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

We may disclose information if we're legally required to, or if it's necessary to protect our rights or someone's safety. If Ardence is ever acquired or merged, subscriber information could transfer as part of that business — we'd notify you before it changed anything about how your data is used.

Cookies

This site uses only what's necessary to function. We don't run advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on it. Our emails contain a standard tracking pixel that tells us whether a message was opened; turning off image loading in your email client prevents this.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Once you do, we remove it from our active list promptly and from our systems entirely within 30 days, except where we're required to retain something by law. Server logs are retained for a short period and then discarded.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. If you're in California, you also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights — and since we don't sell personal information, there's nothing to opt out of on that front.

To make any of these requests, email info@myardence.com. We'll respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity, usually by confirming you control the email address in question.

Where your data is held

Our service providers store and process data in the United States. If you're contacting us from outside the US, you're consenting to that transfer.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, and our providers maintain their own security practices. That said, no method of transmitting or storing data online is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be communicated by email to subscribers.
